Arabica Coffee

Arabica coffee is grown in higher-altitude regions in Vietnam, including parts of the central highlands and the northern provinces. Arabica coffee thrives at higher elevations with cooler temperatures.

1. Cultivation Practices: Arabica coffee is more delicate and requires more precise growing conditions compared to Robusta. The trees are often planted under shade trees to protect them from direct sunlight. Arabica coffee cherries are typically processed using the wet method, which involves fermentation and washing.
2. Processing: Arabica coffee is processed differently from Robusta. The wet processing method helps maintain the beans’ more delicate and complex flavors. Arabica coffee is known for its smoother, milder, and often more nuanced taste profile compared to Robusta.
